Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT initiatives.

• Create project timelines, budgets, plans, and delivery roadmaps; monitor milestones concerning scope, schedule, and quality objectives.

• Formulate and implement change management strategies, including impact assessments, readiness assessments, resistance management, and measurement of adoption.

• Collaborate with business leaders, plant teams, quality and operations personnel, IT stakeholders, global teams, and vendors.

• Facilitate steering committee meetings while ensuring alignment of project goals with business priorities.

• Establish frameworks for project governance and oversee risk management and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to change control and validation protocols.

• Assist with audit preparedness and documentation necessities.

• Coordinate efforts among internal teams, contractors, and external vendors.

• Oversee deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations.

• Promote continuous improvement through best practices, process standardization, and lessons-learned initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT application support, service delivery, or operations management.

• At least 5 years focused on change management.

• Proven experience leading global transformation or manufacturing IT projects with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps/Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, and the Microsoft 365 Suite.

• Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms such as MES, LIMS, and Veeva.

• Experience with ERP and integration projects.

• Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL.

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Agile Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
