Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee medium to large client projects from initiation to successful completion.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across various workstreams.

• Assist in project financial management, including forecasting, budget tracking, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.

• Implement disciplined scope management and facilitate change requests as per contractual obligations.

• Actively identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Report on project status, financial health, risks, and recommendations to both client and internal stakeholders.

• Use delivery health indicators to spot emerging risks and suggest corrective measures.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices in delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within consulting, professional services, or technology sectors.

• Proven experience in leading medium to large technology implementation projects.

• Competence in managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risks.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in supporting project financial management, including forecasting and reporting.

• PMP certification or progress towards certification is preferred.

• Experience in cloud migration or implementation projects is a plus.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, business readiness, or user adoption activities during technology implementations is desirable.

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Exposure to enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
