Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous enterprise SaaS implementation projects from initiation to stabilization.

• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, risks, and deliverables for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, compliance with scope, and alignment with business goals.

• Act as the main point of contact for project management with assigned clients, fostering trust with stakeholders.

• Organize project meetings, set clear expectations, communicate progress, and facilitate prompt decision-making.

• Proactively identify, communicate, and elevate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Generate customer status reports, executive summaries, and presentations for the Steering Committee.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID logs, action trackers, and implementation artifacts across various project management platforms.

• Monitor project milestones to ensure that deliverables and phase exit criteria are achieved.

• Implement a standardized methodology for project execution to ensure predictable and high-quality outcomes for customers.

• Document lessons learned and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing delivery through standardization, automation, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in leading enterprise SaaS implementations.

• Strong grasp of project management principles.

• Proficient in utilizing AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT).

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management applications like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or comparable platforms.

• Experience collaborating with global customers and distributed teams.

• Knowledge of change management and best practices for customer adoption.

• Experience in Service Supply Chain, Asset Management, or Enterprise Software implementations is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
