This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Implementing Assaia’s systems for clients involves a successful project rollout that encompasses various deliverables and inputs from both customers and internal teams.
• You will oversee the coordination of all activities, timelines, deliverables, and communication between Assaia’s teams and the client to ensure effective solution deployment.
• Monitor project requirements and manage timelines efficiently.
• Guarantee clarity of project requirements and address any ambiguities as they occur.
• Control and limit project scope creep.
• Proactively identify and manage risks while maintaining a project risk log.
• Collaborate closely with the development team.
• Provide regular status updates and alert management to potential issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team leaders to enhance processes.
• Exceptional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Background in software project management and coordination.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Capability to foster strong and positive relationships with clients, team members, and management.
• Professional presentation capabilities.
• Highly organized with a focus on detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
