This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of advanced analytics and investigative support projects.
• Handle multiple simultaneous projects and workstreams that support federal analytics and investigative efforts.
• Act as the main technical and managerial point of contact between the contractor team, Contracting Officer, and Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Organize project activities among data scientists, analysts, investigators, technical specialists, and other program staff.
• Create and uphold project schedules, implementation strategies, resource allocations, and milestone tracking.
• Track project costs, timelines, deliverables, risks, and overall performance.
• Identify, document, evaluate, and address project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Assist with sprint planning, project kickoff meetings, regular status updates, and project closure activities.
• Ensure that project teams deliver quality outputs and services that meet established requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external vendors to ensure cohesive teamwork and delivery of integrated solutions.
• Prepare and present project status reports, briefings, financial summaries, and performance updates.
• Maintain timely and open communication with government stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and emerging issues.
• Support quality control initiatives and ensure project deliverables are reviewed prior to submission.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and assist in resolving project disputes or delivery challenges.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of project documentation, procedures, and outputs.
• Ensure project personnel stay aligned with organizational priorities, government requirements, and contractual goals.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Agile projects and delivering fraud analytics, advanced analytics, investigative support, or similar technical solutions.
• Experience in supporting advanced analytics or investigative programs comparable in size and scope to a large federal contract.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and technical teams.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership, government clients, and organizational stakeholders.
• Proficient in managing project costs, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience in supporting projects related to fraud detection, fraud prevention, strategic planning, multitasking, conflict resolution, and time management.
• Background in overseeing analytics initiatives associated with large-scale federal benefit programs or similarly complex environments.
• Experience in coordinating technical staff, vendors, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Skilled in preparing project plans, status updates, financial reports, briefings, and other project documentation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables within a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to respond to government personnel and project stakeholders within set timeframes.
• Must successfully complete and maintain the required government background investigation.
