This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of simultaneous cybersecurity projects, ensuring effective management of scope, schedule, budget, communications, and quality.
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and provide status reports.
• Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling for consultants, managers, engineers, and assessors based on their availability, skills, location, and client requirements.
• Actively identify and manage risks, issues, and changes in scope; escalate as necessary.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients assigned, managing their expectations and the frequency of communication.
• Organize kickoff meetings—both external and internal—working sessions, internal syncs, and stakeholder interactions; prepare agendas and ensure that attendees are well-prepared.
• Record and distribute decisions, action items, and next steps, ensuring outstanding actions are completed.
• Facilitate meetings by posing relevant questions, assigning tasks, and making corrections to ensure timelines align with Apollo IS and stakeholder needs.
• Maintain and audit project records to guarantee their accuracy in the Professional Services Automation tool (Cloud Coach) and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Ensure precise time tracking for billing, forecasting, and performance metrics; assist with invoicing and revenue recognition processes.
• Generate project and portfolio progress reports for both leadership and clients.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of PMO processes, templates, and tools.
• Experience in project management, ideally within professional services, technology, or cybersecurity consulting.
• Proven track record of managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources across multiple simultaneous engagements.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of leading conversations with clients and executives.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in planning, documentation, and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Zoom).
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or other equivalent project management certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool; experience with Cloud Coach is highly desirable.
• Understanding of cybersecurity services delivery, including assessments, managed services, and incident response.
• Experience with managing fixed-fee and time-and-materials projects.
