Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for the client throughout the order-to-cash process, ensuring proactive communication, resolving issues, and achieving overall fulfillment satisfaction.

• Oversee project expectations in collaboration with our internal cross-functional teams, solar and storage suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure the highest quality project delivery.

• Take ownership of the delivery schedule creation, including forecasting the client's cash flow for upcoming invoices to avoid delivery delays, ensuring site readiness for receipt, and providing best-practice advice.

• Manage and expand a nationwide network of warehouse and logistics partners, ensuring Anza has the necessary geographic coverage, capacity, and service reliability to meet clients' fulfillment and delivery requirements.

• Lead negotiations for warehouse renewals and make capacity decisions, linking committed space directly to a rolling 12-month revenue forecast to allow the network to scale efficiently with demand, preventing over- or under-provisioning.

• Keep accurate records of orders, inventory, and project documentation across systems (e.g., NetSuite) and assist with invoicing accuracy and month-end financial closures through reconciliations.

• Identify, create, and implement reports, dashboards, and metrics essential for enhancing operational effectiveness throughout Anza’s operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in a data-related field, supply chain, accounting, or transportation is preferred.

• Strong program management capabilities with a proven track record of leading end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have significantly transformed company operations and yielded measurable business impact.

• Possess a first-principles mindset (i.e., the ability to question existing workflows rather than just executing them).

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Salesforce.

• Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPSM certification is advantageous.
