This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage multiple assigned cases independently, often at the same time.
• Supervise case setup and coordinate the delivery of case websites, traditional media campaigns, and social media initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation along with timely status reports for clients and executive management.
• Monitor upcoming deadlines, assigned tasks, milestones, and overall project progress.
• Cultivate client relationships by communicating effectively, setting clear expectations, and adhering to deadlines.
• Lead communication with claimants and oversee the claim review processes.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues, vendors, and business partners to implement projects successfully.
• Analyze litigation plans and notice and administration plans to gain a comprehensive understanding of each case.
• Coordinate the processing, deduplication, normalization, optimization, and analysis of large datasets.
• Prepare and distribute relevant reports.
• Establish and implement adjudication policies and procedures for claim payments and program placements.
• Identify and resolve issues related to claims adjudication.
• Supervise the preparation and budget compliance of client invoices.
• Safeguard claimant personally identifiable information and other confidential data in accordance with US standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and responsiveness to clients while representing the organization.
• Enhance industry knowledge and familiarity with pertinent applications.
• Engage in regular communication with colleagues and adhere to established business processes.
• Accept new tasks and responsibilities while performing other duties as assigned by management.
• Comply with company rules, policies, and practices.
• A minimum of 3 years of class action experience is highly preferred.
• Project management experience is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in the financial, insurance, or legal sectors is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of web development is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model and interpret data.
• A demonstrated record of accomplishments is required.
• An organized approach with exceptional attention to detail is essential.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Flexibility and quick adaptability to changing priorities are crucial.
• A professional demeanor in interactions with clients, vendors, business partners, and colleagues.
• Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Highest standards of confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions at both strategic and functional levels.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations, company-sponsored events, or client meetings.
• Ability to communicate effectively, use hands or fingers, sit for extended periods, and occasionally stand, walk, reach, and lift/move up to 20 pounds.
• Capability for close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
