This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
• Manage project finances, including budget monitoring, cost management, and forecasting to ensure profitability and fiscal accountability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, identify significant milestones, and guarantee compliance with timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams, promote collaboration, and resolve conflicts to achieve high-performance results.
• Implement risk management strategies to address issues that may affect project quality, costs, or timelines.
• Successfully execute complex, large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, produce regular reports, and communicate essential updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee all on-site activities for medium to large projects.
• Direct the site team, establish primary guidelines, and assign tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in the engineering sector.
• Minimum of 8 years in project management positions.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• 20% travel is anticipated.
• Candidates must possess work authorization allowing them to work for ABB in the US.
