Project Manager – Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide multiple cross-functional Agile teams utilizing Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile methodologies.

• Facilitate key events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) activities.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, align project scope with business goals, and oversee dependencies.

• Drive sprint and release planning to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to eliminate blockers and align delivery objectives.

• Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and progress against OKRs.

• Facilitate estimation processes and assist in planning using Agile project management tools.

• Mentor teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and the pursuit of continuous improvement.

• Identify and address delivery risks, obstacles, and process inefficiencies.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, transparency, and a culture of continuous learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or a comparable Agile leadership position.

• Extensive experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Agile events, release planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning.

• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Agile teams in complex enterprise settings.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Proficient in managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Practical experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Experience fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment between business and technology teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Capability to enhance team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.

• Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and distributed team environments.

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, data platforms, or enterprise product development initiatives preferred.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams preferred.

• Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks preferred.

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices preferred.
