Project Manager – Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and support various cross-functional Agile teams to guarantee the successful execution of projects utilizing Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) events.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, align scope with business goals, and oversee dependencies.

• Drive activities related to sprint and release planning to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to eliminate blockers and ensure alignment on delivery objectives.

• Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and progress towards objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Facilitate estimation processes and support effective planning practices utilizing Agile project management tools.

• Coach teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and best practices for continuous improvement.

• Identify and address delivery risks, impediments, and inefficiencies in processes.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, transparency, and ongoing learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or in a comparable Agile leadership role.

• Extensive experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Agile events, release planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning.

• Proven track record of supporting multiple Agile teams within complex enterprise settings.

• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Practical experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels.

• Experience fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.

• Experience operating in fast-paced, dynamic, and distributed team environments.

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or an equivalent Agile certification.

• Experience in supporting healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated sectors.

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, data platforms, or enterprise product development initiatives.

• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.

• Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement frameworks.

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and contemporary software delivery practices.
