Project Manager – Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and support various cross-functional Agile teams to guarantee the successful completion of projects utilizing Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) events.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to oversee product backlogs, prioritize tasks, align project scope with business objectives, and manage interdependencies.

• Drive sprint and release planning efforts to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate with teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to eliminate obstacles and maintain alignment on delivery objectives.

• Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and progress towards objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Facilitate estimation activities and promote effective planning practices using Agile project management tools.

• Mentor teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and best practices for continuous improvement.

• Identify and address delivery risks, impediments, and inefficiencies in processes.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, transparency, and a culture of continuous learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, or a similar Agile leadership position.

• Extensive experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, Agile events, release planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning.

• Proven track record of supporting multiple Agile teams in complex enterprise settings.

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and various Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in managing backlogs, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or comparable platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

• Experience in driving collaboration across functions and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing team performance, delivery predictability, and Agile maturity.

• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic, and distributed team environments.

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).

• Background in supporting healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated sectors (preferred).

• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, data platforms, or enterprise product development initiatives (preferred).

• Experience working with globally distributed teams (preferred).

• Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and frameworks for continuous improvement (preferred).

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and contemporary software delivery methodologies (preferred).
