This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Provide senior-level project management services for designated JLL client projects, regions, and practices.
• Oversee, manage, and enhance PDS Account and Program Management operations, focusing on profit, platform, and personnel.
• Create and implement project objectives, timelines, budgets, strategies, assumptions, and methodologies.
• Define project goals and success metrics that align with the needs of JLL and its clients.
• Cultivate client relationships and clarify project scopes, deliverables, performance criteria, and relevant benchmarks.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain necessary project documentation.
• Formulate detailed project budgets utilizing historical and market data.
• Act as the primary senior-level client liaison throughout the duration of projects.
• Guide clients and teams through the processes of design implementation, documentation, and approvals.
• Develop and uphold Master Project Schedules, ensuring timely execution of projects.
• Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and oversee the selection of vendors and contractors.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate coordination among internal staff, stakeholders, and external users.
• Monitor performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path elements across numerous projects.
• Ensure vendor and project team compliance with contracts, regulations, and client expectations.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate potential liabilities and risks.
• Enhance business-unit and firm-wide best practices and standards of excellence.
• Support regional and national AGM objectives.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and establish new connections to boost team revenues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in a particular product or service area.
• Assist in the development of innovative product and service delivery concepts.
• Maintain accounts receivable within planned working capital parameters.
• Provide due diligence and planning advice regarding budget, program, and procurement methods.
• Review and support effective processes and governance frameworks in line with the Global Client team.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders and local business sponsors.
• Ensure the execution of global workplace standards alongside local office requirements.
• Lead project oversight, regional process and standards development, and local project delivery until handover to facilities management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar capacity.
• Travel may be required as necessary for project site evaluations.
• Capability to consistently communicate analyzed data to clients and teams to meet project objectives.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning principles.
• Highly organized with excellent analytical capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with executive-level internal and external clients and team members.
• Ability to primarily work on-site at client locations or project sites when necessary.
• Regular face-to-face and/or remote interpersonal interaction is typically required.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
