Project Lead – Senior Consultant Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of IT projects, from initial scoping through to implementation and final closure.

• Establish project goals, define the scope, set timelines, and plan resources accordingly.

• Serve as the main point of contact for the internal team, clients, and stakeholders.

• Manage cross-functional teams across international boundaries to ensure alignment and outstanding delivery.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project management methodologies, governance, and industry best practices.

• Facilitate requirements engineering and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

• Track and assess project performance, timelines, budgets, and overall quality.

• Lead workshops, steering committees, and provide status reports.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Discover opportunities for process enhancements and value creation for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience leading IT projects in a Project Lead or Project Manager capacity.

• Strong background in stakeholder management and requirements engineering.

• Experience in the Consumer Goods (CG) sector is highly preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of IT project delivery (e.g., CRM, digital platforms, system implementations).

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a proactive approach.

• Experience in remote and international work environments.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Knowledge of Italian is a plus.

• A multilingual background is a significant advantage.
