Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, prioritize, and monitor projects through well-defined activities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution.

• Oversee vendor performance and assist with activities related to facilities and lease management.

• Supervise command-center operations, encompassing access control and CCTV monitoring.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates on progress.

• Identify operational challenges, coordinate their resolution, and ensure follow-through to closure.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.

• Support general project management, vendor coordination, and operations related to facilities and GRC.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in general project management, PMO, operations, or vendor management.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.

• Ability to decompose projects into activity-level tasks and track them to completion.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

• Graduate with a solid educational background.

• Residing in Bangalore.

• Comfortable with a hybrid work model and mid-shift hours.

• Immediate availability or candidates who can join on short notice.

• Adaptable and articulate professional with the capacity to learn facilities-related processes.

• Technical experience in facilities or IT project management is not required.
