Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations of over 1,200 EV charging stations within the Plug-In Everywhere Network.

• Process incentives and ensure compliance with Austin Energy's Electric Vehicle rebate initiatives.

• Create both recurring and on-demand reports for management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Aid in data validation, quality assurance, and maintain reporting accuracy across various EV programs and platforms.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the scalability of EV operations and improve the customer charging experience.

• Engage in outreach and educational events aimed at promoting EV programs and increasing adoption.

• Provide regular updates on operations to management and stakeholders.

• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently.

• Manage and analyze extensive datasets utilizing Excel and other reporting tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project or program coordination/management.

• 1-3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, particularly with Excel reporting.

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 2-3 years of experience in climate action solutions.

• 2-3 years of familiarity with electric vehicles and related technologies.
