This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• The Project Coordinator is tasked with overseeing, processing, and reviewing all financial project activities, ensuring adherence to procurement policies, as well as handling data processing and reconciliation within the financial reporting system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to develop and manage project plans, reports, and schedules.

• Conduct data entry, review, and process project forms and deliverable documentation.

• Maintain project trackers and third-party tracking databases.

• Support data collection, validation, and ongoing updates in various internal and external systems.

• Handle project invoicing.

• Serve as a liaison between National Project Accountants and Procurement.

• Participate in internal and external client meetings and assist with administrative preparations as necessary.

• Function as the main point of contact and relay project status updates to the project team.

• Analyze data and generate action items for team members based on project status.

• Prepare project reports and distribute them to project staff.

• Collaborate with the Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams to enhance processes and improve efficiencies when applicable.

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field is mandatory.

• Must have graduated in 2023 or later from a program that is at least two years long.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Must be exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong problem-solving/analytical abilities.

• Capability to work independently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Highly skilled in MS Excel.

• Proficiency in MS Access and/or VBA is desirable but not mandatory.

• Must be willing and capable of quickly understanding and learning departmental functions, existing processes, and procedures independently.

• Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
