Project Engineer – Germany, Eastern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support the project manager in the deployment and implementation of ITS projects.

• Execute technical installations, conduct daily maintenance, and ensure follow-up on projects and installations.

• Report directly to the head of ITS projects and collaborate closely with the designated project manager.

• Install systems and offer technical support to system integrators.

• Perform testing and adjustments as necessary.

• Carry out fine-tuning activities to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Share customer feedback and market insights with colleagues to enhance products and services.

• Log, track, and report repairs (RMA).

⛳️ Requirements

• Some experience with the technical installation of CCTV equipment (camera surveillance) and networking is essential.

• Technical degree in electronics or equivalent experience is required.

• Proficient in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong command of written and spoken English is necessary; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, approximately 50% of the time.

• Technical-oriented, hands-on professional.

• Customer-focused and results-oriented.

• Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Strong communication abilities with both customers and colleagues.

• Capable of working effectively in an international team.
