Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of installation projects, covering metering and product enablement.

• Sustain hardware throughout its entire lifecycle.

• Offer technical assistance to the Sales team.

• Aid customers in implementing energy reduction strategies.

• Work in collaboration with Engineering to create hardware and innovative metering solutions.

• Define and enhance processes to boost efficiency and speed up installation timelines.

• Ensure that materials, installations, and technologies conform to industry and market standards.

• Handle multiple projects at the same time.

• Participate in high-level technical discussions with clients.

• Facilitate customer involvement in demand response programs through load curtailment strategies and proprietary hardware enablement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical related field or equivalent professional experience.

• 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of applicable work experience.

• Results-oriented, analytical, and enthusiastic team player.

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

• Experience in hardware commissioning.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with data platform integration.

• Experience in managing contractors.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Background in electrical, HVAC, industrial controls, energy storage, energy efficiency, or data analysis is preferred.

• Ability to read/draw electrical schematics is preferred.

• Must be eligible to work from the home location in the US or Canada.
