This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Execute the installation and configuration of laboratory systems.
• Integrate software into laboratory workflows, including the mapping of daily routines.
• Implement Laboratory Information System (LIS) projects.
• Serve as a reliable technical contact for customer assignments or projects.
• Contribute to the adoption of innovative technologies, such as data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager or Customer Services Manager, adhering to their guidance and planning.
• Propose solutions and identify technical risks.
• Prepare execution plans and relevant documentation.
• Ensure all work is thoroughly documented in internal systems.
• Complete assigned tasks in accordance with project plans, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assume full responsibility for all technical aspects of assigned tasks.
• Keep stakeholders updated on progress and potential risks.
• Exhibit flexibility and provide support during on-site customer implementations.
• Manage and execute small projects or sub-projects.
• Conduct customer training, including guidance on system data usage and reporting capabilities.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and development teams.
• Organize and carry out internal and external project handovers.
• Undertake update and upgrade projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Alternatively: IT technical training coupled with experience in medical laboratory processes.
• Proven experience in implementing LIS/LIMS systems.
• Strong comprehension of laboratory processes and organization.
• Familiarity with common IT applications.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in healthcare or laboratory settings.
• Ability to work with data flows, data quality, and structured datasets within LIS/LIMS systems.
• Awareness of AI-driven solutions in diagnostics, workflow optimization, or decision support systems.
• Familiarity with data analytics or reporting tools (such as dashboards, data extraction, and basic analysis) is advantageous.
• Capability to interpret data outputs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for customers.
• Understanding of data privacy, governance, and ethical considerations related to AI in healthcare environments.
