πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee international quantitative market research projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

β€’ Manage relationships with clients, partners, healthcare professional samples, and consumer samples.

β€’ Establish and test survey links and redirects.

β€’ Prepare and dispatch samples.

β€’ Conduct quality assurance and audit checks.

β€’ Handle respondent inquiries and manage honoraria.

β€’ Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings.

β€’ Ensure clarity on project specifications, client requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.

β€’ Maintain vendor relationships to ensure accurate and timely deliverables, effective communication, and issue resolution.

β€’ Monitor productivity and the quality of data collection.

β€’ Generate regular updates on project status and progress reports.

β€’ Track project costs and study profitability in relation to the budget.

β€’ Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address concerns and suggest performance enhancements.

β€’ Provide support to international teams outside typical US business hours.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

β€’ A minimum of 5+ years of experience in market research project management, ideally within the medical/healthcare sector.

β€’ Self-driven with outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Capable of swiftly addressing problems and proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges.

β€’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

β€’ Basic mathematical skills; capable of calculating incidence rates, response rates, honoraria amounts, profits, etc.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.

β€’ Quick to learn new technologies and software.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and punctually in a dynamic environment with shifting deadlines.

β€’ Willingness to work independently outside typical US business hours to support international teams.
