📋 Description

• Assist the Client’s Project Management and Engineering teams in achieving successful project outcomes by ensuring adherence to the program’s Quality and Commissioning standards.

• Oversee Commissioning activities among all parties involved, including the General Contractor, vendors, and the Client, while providing guidance and oversight to the Commissioning Agent and quality teams.

• Track the progress of Commissioning activities and ensure completion, escalating issues as necessary, and update Client senior management regarding readiness for significant project milestones such as Early Floor Access and Facility Ready.

• Detect, document, report, and escalate any deviations in commissioning from established program delivery standards, promptly notifying the Client team to facilitate timely corrective measures.

• Deliver performance reports on Commissioning relating to each critical project milestone, as well as overall progress across all phases of the program.

• Organize and conduct commissioning Kick-off Meetings, Daily and Weekly sessions with the Commissioning Agent, General Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project commissioning procedures.

• Customize the Client Commissioning Schedule and provide a comprehensive list of commissionable assets and activities for both local and global scopes.

• Plan and coordinate both offsite and onsite commissioning activities, attending inspections and testing as necessary.

• Define and communicate the Operational training needs and ensure they are incorporated into the project schedule.

• Develop the Quality & Commissioning Framework for tracking Level 1 to Level 4 activities.

• Establish and communicate the process for updates.

• Oversee the resource planning and deployment of the Commissioning Agent team to ensure adequate coverage of commissioning tasks, assisting the General Contractor, DC operations, and QA inspectors with scheduling inquiries related to commissioning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in construction quality management and commissioning, ideally within mission-critical or data center projects.

• Demonstrated capability to lead QA/QC programs and commissioning activities for intricate MEP systems.

• In-depth knowledge of integrated systems testing, performance validation, and handover processes.

• Familiarity with commissioning platforms (e.g., Cx Alloy) and quality assurance documentation tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

• Professional credentials such as CxA, PMP, or PE are highly sought after.

• Proficient in relevant codes and standards (TIA-942, NFPA, NEC, IBC) and regulatory compliance.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
