This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a consultant to oversee the service line of a client's internal cloud offering as part of an internal Move to Cloud (Azure) initiative. The role encompasses project management and change management, with an interest in Azure being advantageous.

• Collaborate closely with the client's business office and delivery teams, as well as the network of cloud champions who will serve as primary technical contacts for all client users.

• The goal of this assignment is to enhance the Azure cloud service offering available to all entities within the client organization.

• Develop communications to foster engagement for the internal service offering, in partnership with the client's Performance, Marketing, and Cloud Adoption teams.

• Contribute to the service catalog in line with anticipated service levels, evaluate financial return on investment, and prepare the documentation associated with the service offering.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the products provided on Azure to facilitate effective communication with delivery teams and to mitigate technical challenges.

• Drive, organize, and report on the overall activities of assigned projects.

• Exhibit strong communication skills with clients.

• Manage the Azure product offering to enhance the service catalog.

• Lead governance and steering committees, producing monitoring and reporting materials (actions, schedule, budget, risks, minutes).

• Oversee the resources assigned to you and coordinate the actions of all involved stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and evaluate technical and functional risks, with or without technical teams, and suggest countermeasures.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables and the effective execution of acceptance testing across project phases.

• Organize integration tests, pilot tests, acceptance tests, and the knowledge transfer process to clients or client vendors.

• Ensure the capitalization of knowledge and lessons learned throughout the project.

• Analyze client needs and play a key role in identifying and escalating opportunities through your involvement in various client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from an engineering school or a Master’s (M2) in IT, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IT, preferably in Move to Cloud engagements.

• The ideal candidate should primarily focus on project management and leadership, though those with a background in change management are also encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft environment (Azure, Modern Workplace).

• Ability to adapt priorities as needed.

• Capability to simplify and clarify complex issues.

• Understanding of complex client organizations.

• Self-sufficiency.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in product offering management.

• Knowledge of Waterfall (V-model) methodologies for client management and familiarity with Agile/Scrum for understanding delivery team management.

• Proficient in both French and English.

• Able to assess and articulate client needs, demonstrating strong facilitation skills and a leadership mindset.

• Open to change, proactive, and a motivating force within a team.

• Possession of Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900).

• Project management certifications (Prince2, ITIL, PMI) are preferred.
