Project Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of experts to propel Antora’s energy storage initiatives from concept through to the execution of commercial agreements.

• Develop project plans and synchronize activities across engineering, business development, power supply, and project finance teams.

• Foster community engagement by acting as Antora's representative to landowners and local authorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate level position: 3+ years of project management experience with a minimum of 2 years in developing wind, solar, storage, renewable hydrogen, clean data center, or other substantial renewable energy projects.

• Senior level position: 5-8+ years of relevant experience.

• Staff or Principal Developer position: 12+ years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively mitigate deal/project risks through proper escalation and management of de-risking workstreams.

• Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with project stakeholders, community leaders, and decision-makers at all levels, both internally and externally.
