This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Validates customer expectations prior to, during, and after project completion.
• Regularly surpasses customer expectations while delivering outstanding service.
• Effectively manages multiple projects through all stages.
• Capable of working independently under pressure, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and advancing several projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Able to assess options, anticipate outcomes, and exercise sound judgment.
• Acts as a liaison among field technicians, department management, governmental agencies, and clients.
• Utilizes independent judgment to address and resolve inquiries, questions, and complaints.
• Completes projects proactively and on schedule.
• Reviews and supervises completed plans and project documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Monitors equipment production to guarantee product integrity.
• Consistently meets overall project deadlines punctually.
• Builds trust and confidence with contractors and the Project Management Team.
• Assists in managing multiple subcontractors across various states.
• Recruits and cultivates business relationships with new subcontractors.
• Drives sales and profitability through effective and efficient project execution.
• Understands principles and techniques for showcasing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Extraordinary dedication to providing the highest level of customer service.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in both verbal and written forms.
• Maintains composure when addressing upset or angry customers, attentively listening to their concerns and questions.
• Positive, outgoing, and energetic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
• Proven ability to navigate all phases of project development, from sales proposals and design to project completion and closure.
• Knowledge/Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge/Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership in all tasks.
• Ability to work closely with other team members on a diverse range of projects.
• Prepares accurate and timely documentation.
• Engages in marketing initiatives and business development activities.
• Experience in Solar industry.
