Project Coordinator – Interior Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of architectural and interior fit-out projects in the German-speaking region independently.

• Provide guidance and assistance to architects, general contractors, specialist planners, installation firms, and trade partners.

• Identify and develop project opportunities while effectively managing the sales process through to successful contract execution.

• Offer product and solution consulting throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial inquiry to planning and successful implementation.

• Facilitate professional communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams.

• Coordinate an international project team that comprises design and estimating professionals.

• Assist in technical alignments and formulate project-specific solutions.

• Proactively oversee schedules, quality, risks, and customer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, preferably in architecture, interior fit-out, construction, or project/contract business.

• Technical knowledge of construction and interior fit-out projects.

• Excellent spatial visualization capabilities.

• Ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience collaborating with architects, planners, or general contractors is advantageous.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of personal accountability.

• Structured, organized, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Strong communication skills and a confident interaction style with clients.

• Team-oriented mindset in an international context.

• High customer orientation and a passion for successfully completing projects.

• Practical approach with a willingness to assume responsibility.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Very good command of English (company language).
