This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist the Project Lead in executing multiple Early Access Programs, which includes taking meeting minutes, preparing project documentation, managing stakeholders and affiliates, and aiding in reporting.
• Participate in client meetings directed by the Project Lead.
• Assume responsibility for project management within the programs.
• Serve as the Patient Access primary contact for the programs and facilitate site transitions for post-trial access when necessary.
• Aid the Project Lead in achieving program-specific KPIs and upholding operational excellence.
• Organize essential internal resources to ensure client service delivery throughout the entire program lifecycle.
• Offer customized services to meet individual client needs.
• Assist in the creation of systems and processes to ensure successful program execution.
• Recognize and escalate opportunities for operational efficiencies and program enhancements aimed at continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and country-specific requirements.
• Support the business development team with necessary tasks.
• Contribute to broader Early Access Program initiatives, including marketing and internal projects.
• Advocate for patient-centered approaches across all activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Strong time management abilities and capability to handle competing priorities.
• A keen interest in staying informed about industry trends in the Early Access sector.
• Maintains the highest personal standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
