This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically plan, implement, and complete projects on time, adhering to established scope and budgetary limits.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring progress against milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability in roles.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, applying mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Provide updates on project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and reviews to evaluate progress, identify obstacles, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Oversee project budgets and expenditures, monitoring costs to ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
• Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and adhere to applicable regulations and requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to pinpoint areas for enhancement and best practices.
• Strong organizational abilities to effectively define project scope, create plans, and coordinate activities.
• Outstanding communication skills to articulate clearly and concisely with stakeholders, delegate tasks, update team members, and report on project status.
• Demonstrated experience in project management roles, with a successful history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
