This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Assist Project Managers and Account Managers in the coordination and oversight of project execution.
• Foster effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Contribute to people management initiatives, including recruitment planning, supporting professional development, conducting one-on-one meetings, and collaborating with HR.
• Prepare and present project status reports and presentations for clients and supervisors.
• Maintain and update project management documentation in line with company procedures.
• Aid in project initiation, closure, and handover processes.
• Actively engage in recruitment processes and conduct interviews.
• Support organizational initiatives such as team-building activities.
• Oversee time reporting and ensure accuracy of data.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Assistant in the IT sector for a minimum of 1 year.
• Strong command of Microsoft tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or comparable platforms is advantageous.
• Proficient in crafting clear, efficient, and professional reports.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (theoretical understanding required).
• Well-developed interpersonal skills: communication, adaptability, problem-solving.
• At least 1 year of experience in people management or related fields, encompassing coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, motivation, and team building.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in both spoken and written English.
