This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Respond to incoming calls from clients, service providers, and retail locations to offer installation job assistance.
• Handle outbound tasks and initiate outbound calls to provide updates or collect job-related information.
• Perform initial outreach to customers and service providers to clarify the project scope.
• Ensure that projects are scheduled within the service level agreement (SLA) by the service provider and confirm details with the customer.
• Coordinate product deliveries with retail stores and customers.
• Oversee and resolve any Work Order issues following project completion.
• Provide comprehensive documentation of all interactions associated with the project.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in a project management capacity (preferred).
