Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.

📋 Description

• Assist project managers in creating and sustaining detailed project plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management positions, ideally within technology, telecommunications, or software delivery sectors.

• Extensive hands-on experience with MS Project, including the creation of schedules, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and reporting.

• A solid grasp of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive mindset with the capability to foresee issues and take initiative.

• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

• Experience in telecommunications, data analytics, AI, or enterprise software implementation projects is a plus.
