Project Coordinator

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of data conversion, data extraction, and lab interface projects.

• Serve as the main liaison among clients, internal teams, and external partners.

• Collect, validate, and document project requirements related to data migration and integration efforts.

• Assist with onboarding tasks, which include data intake, system configuration, and project initiation.

• Manage the preparation and coordination of service orders, agreements, and necessary documentation.

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Finance departments to align on feasibility, scope, and delivery.

• Ensure effective communication with clients, including providing status updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues.

• Guarantee proper management of data workflows, encompassing migration, extraction, and interface setup processes.

• Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary.

• Keep accurate records within project tracking systems (e.g., Jira).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Informatics, IT, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within the healthcare or health IT sectors.

• Preferred experience in data migration, data extraction, or system integrations.

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare workflows is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of integration standards (e.g., HL7, APIs, file-based exchange) is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, CRM systems).
