Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project activities and timelines.

• Track progress and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Proactively escalate issues or delays.

• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, student services, and various stakeholders.

• Align project outcomes with cross-functional requirements.

• Manage communication and expectations across different teams.

• Provide consistent updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify and communicate potential risks, offering mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that deadlines are adhered to and expectations are effectively managed.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing project requirements.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.

• Document meeting notes, action items, and status updates.

• Support quality assurance processes throughout development and implementation.

• Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables.

• Keep audit-ready documentation.

• Assist with system rollouts, data migration, and testing activities.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing processes.

• Contribute to the optimization of IT and operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; completion of project management courses is a plus.

• 3 - 6 years of overall experience, with substantial exposure to project coordination or management activities.

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or operations in IT, SaaS, or technology-driven settings.

• Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, or the software development lifecycle is advantageous.

• Proficient in project and development methodologies, with extensive knowledge of project management tools and applications.

• Experience in a dynamic environment prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities, along with a well-structured and independent working style.

• High commitment level, ambition, and passion for the field.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
