📋 Description

• Oversee operational programs at both team and organizational levels aimed at enhancing quality events, reducing costs, improving patient experiences, creating and standardizing processes, achieving operational excellence, and ensuring business continuity.

• Formulate and implement project plans from the initial problem definition through to execution, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

• Work collaboratively with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Legal, Finance, Compliance, third-party vendors, and various business partners.

• Clarify project requirements, facilitate execution, identify dependencies, and eliminate obstacles.

• Effectively manage multiple programs independently, prioritize initiatives, oversee timelines, balance resources, and make trade-off decisions.

• Recognize program risks, devise mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and enact corrective measures.

• Propel continuous process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational performance.

• Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, fostering discussion, decision-making, and accountability.

• Prepare project plans, status reports, executive summaries, and program documentation.

• Present recommendations and project updates to leaders up to two levels within the organization.

• Influence decisions without direct authority, cultivate consensus, and sustain momentum on strategic initiatives.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to assess performance, gauge business impact, and support data-driven decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, program management, or a similar operational role.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs or projects from planning to execution with minimal supervision.

• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple initiatives at once.

• Experience in analyzing operational data to inform business decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to influence stakeholders across various functional domains.

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A Pharmacy Technician License in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy in your state of residence.

• Preferred experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare, or regulated healthcare settings.

• Preferred experience in leading operational excellence, process improvement, or cost reduction initiatives.

• Familiarity with collaboration involving Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and third-party vendors is preferred.

• Preferred experience in supporting quality management, business continuity, or patient experience enhancement programs.

• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable operational recommendations is preferred.

• Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods.

• Capability to stoop, bend, reach, perform repetitive computer-operating motions, and lift light objects up to 20 pounds.

• Ability to communicate verbally, perceive auditory information, and visually discern details.

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
