This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of baseline and execution schedules at the Owner level, incorporating inputs from general contractor and trade partner schedules.
• Evaluate general contractor and subcontractor schedules for logical flow, sequencing, milestone adherence, and alignment with Owner contractual obligations.
• Monitor and report on schedule performance, key milestones, critical path items, and variances across assigned projects.
• Help identify potential schedule risks, constraints, and delays, escalating any concerns to senior Project Controls and Project Management personnel.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and summary reports for Owner reporting and executive review purposes.
• Aid in assessing schedule impacts related to scope modifications, design changes, and field conditions.
• Assist with time impact analysis (TIA) reviews using updates and narratives submitted by the general contractor.
• Compile weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and milestone status summaries for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the maintenance of cost and cash flow trackers for the Owner, aligned with approved schedules.
• Contribute to basic earned value and progress measurement activities, with a focus on schedule performance indicators.
• Help monitor and communicate the cost and schedule implications of change events and project extensions.
• Support senior team members in variance analysis, concentrating on costs influenced by schedule changes.
• Assist in the upkeep of project risk logs, particularly regarding schedule-related risks and their mitigations.
• Ensure consistency between general contractor schedule submissions, Owner schedules, and program-level reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and external partners to gather, validate, and record schedule updates.
• Aid in maintaining document control standards for planning and scheduling documentation.
• Support project close-out activities, which include final schedule updates and documentation records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, construction planning, or similar roles.
• Experience in owner-side, program-level, or multi-project environments is advantageous.
• Experience in data center or large-scale commercial construction is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of construction scheduling principles, such as critical path, milestones, and progress measurement.
• Familiarity with schedule review and oversight, rather than the development of contractor schedules.
• Preferred experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.
• Fundamental understanding of earned value, cash flow forecasting, and cost tracking concepts.
• Proficient in Excel, with the capability to support schedule and performance dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to organize substantial amounts of schedule and project data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of supporting Owner reporting and reviews.
