Project Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead vital accounting and finance initiatives for mid-market to large-scale clients

• Tackle intricate challenges across various sectors

• Act as Interim Controller, managing financial operations

• Oversee accounting tasks, transactions, and month-end closings

• Prepare and evaluate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

• Establish and oversee internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance

• Direct special projects including system transitions, audit preparations, and M&A financial integrations

• Potentially manage staff based on client requirements

• Operate independently while working in collaboration with client teams

• Travel as needed based on client demands

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related areas

• Experience in complex, multi-entity organizations

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities

• Strong self-drive and initiative in uncertain situations

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and data analysis tools

• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization

• Capability to pass comprehensive background checks (criminal, credit, education, certification, references)

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred)

• CPA or equivalent certification (preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

• Willingness to travel frequently and unpredictably based on client requirements
