Project Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead essential accounting and finance initiatives for mid-market to large-scale clients.

• Act as Interim Controller, managing financial operations.

• Oversee accounting activities, transactions, and month-end closing processes.

• Prepare and evaluate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Direct special projects such as system migrations, audit preparations, and M&A financial integrations.

• May supervise staff based on client requirements.

• Operate autonomously while working collaboratively with client teams.

• Travel frequently and unpredictably as needed by client demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related domains.

• Background in complex, multi-entity corporations.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities.

• Strong self-drive and initiative in uncertain situations.

• Expertise in accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.

• Skilled in data analysis tools.

• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.

• Ability to successfully pass comprehensive criminal, credit, education, certification, and reference background checks.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.

• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
