This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee and nurture robust relationships with customers.

• Deliver product training customized to meet customer requirements.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Consultants on significant, high-impact projects.

• Take the lead in addressing project and implementation challenges.

• Follow established escalation protocols to guarantee smooth results.

• Provide engaging product training that empowers customers to confidently adopt and utilize StarRez solutions.

• Work alongside customers in an Outsourced Resource capacity, offering operational support and guidance.

• Assist Project Managers and Senior Consultants in the effective delivery of implementation, optimization, and consulting projects.

• Resolve customer and project-related issues.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance customer-facing and internal documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources.

• Conduct functional testing of product features.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Higher Education Housing or Residence Life operations.

• Proven experience as a StarRez Power User with a comprehensive understanding of the platform.

• Established ability to cultivate trusted customer relationships through effective service or project delivery.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to diverse stakeholder groups.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and address complex customer challenges.

• Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) such as Banner, Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, or SAP Student Lifecycle Management.
