Project Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Delivering essential administrative support for clinical operations and project management activities.

• Coordinating project team and client meetings, which involves scheduling, preparing materials, including binders, agendas, and minutes.

• Managing study documentation and supplies, and generating and maintaining vital documents such as organizational charts, team calendars, newsletters, and project-specific information.

• Supervising internal and client project reporting, ensuring the accuracy of reports related to project status and financial tracking, along with system updates and queries.

• Assisting the project manager with financial responsibilities, including overseeing the purchase order process and processing study invoices and Investigator payments.

• Organizing and maintaining study files in adherence to filing/naming guidelines in the electronic trial master file, while also tracking document status.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an international equivalent in business, finance, health sciences, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical company, or clinical research is beneficial.

• Proficiency in computerized information systems and standard application software, particularly MS Office.

• Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in maintaining Excel trackers and creating PowerPoint presentations.

• Previous experience in taking meeting minutes and facilitating and scheduling MS TEAMS meetings is preferred.
