This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee project management for multiple simultaneous initiatives, involving various moving components, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Convert leadership's vision and priorities into actionable steps, timelines, and work plans.
• Track project advancement and proactively identify risks, obstacles, or delays.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluation efforts, keeping track of significant milestones and outcomes.
• Lead ideation sessions and offer solutions to project and operational challenges.
• Develop communication materials to convey updates and progress to both internal and external audiences.
• Create polished presentations, reports, and briefing documents for funders and stakeholders.
• Write and maintain project documentation, including process guides, SOPs, and workflow summaries.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Coordinator to manage vendor relationships, including contracts, procurement documents, and timesheet oversight.
• Organize schedules and meetings with team members, contractors, and external partners.
• Record processes being defined through ongoing projects and convert them into accessible, actionable steps for team members.
• Provide general operational assistance to alleviate workload on leadership and the wider team.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and contractors at the same time.
• Skilled in producing professional presentations, reports, and written communications.
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for utilizing generative AI and other forms of AI, process automation, and digital innovation across various contexts.
• Familiarity with vendor management, procurement processes, and contract coordination.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with uncertain timelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Cantonese, Hindi, Tamil, or Thai preferred).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar).
