This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Oversee the financial viability of projects

• Collaborate with Project Management Teams to document actual units and their respective values on a monthly basis

• Project future units and revenue

• Evaluate actual hours and expenses against the budget to guarantee profitability

• Assess anticipated resource allocations against projected workload

• Ensure timely generation of invoices

• Track the overall project cash status, encompassing services, PTCs, grants, pending invoices, and advances

• Accurately input financial information into necessary systems

• Maintain compliance with audit standards and assist with year-end and interim auditing procedures

• Facilitate Change Order processes by documenting scope alterations and reviewing or approving budgets and payment plans

• Remain updated on local and international revenue regulations

• Deliver prompt and precise client reporting

• Engage in projects and specialties as agreed upon with Lead/Senior Project Analysts

• Raise financial issues through the appropriate channels

• Carry out other designated responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree or a 4-year equivalent qualification

• Strong analytical abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Capable of influencing and challenging teams when necessary

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in the English language

• Knowledge of project finances from Study Award through to Project Close Out

• Familiarity with revenue recognition based on percent-complete

• Ability to create financial presentations and convey them to non-financial colleagues and clients
