This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Organize, structure, and maintain technical documentation for projects that qualify under the Lei do Bem (Brazil's R&D tax incentive law), which includes descriptive reports, technical reports, and R&D evidence.
• Establish direct communication with specialized consultants to ensure compliance with deadlines, maintain data quality, and adhere to submission standards.
• Assist in the periodic categorization of projects and product initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize tax benefits.
• Facilitate the coordination of the OKR cycle by verifying with business units during the drafting phase and conducting regular check-ins.
• Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle for projects under personal responsibility, encompassing planning, execution, control, and closure.
• Provide oversight and support to project managers on complex projects, offering methodological and governance assistance.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and OKRs.
• Document and record lessons learned to foster ongoing improvements in projects and processes.
• Utilize and enhance methodologies, templates, and project/PMO management standards, integrating AI tools to boost productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management principles, including PMBOK, OKR, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of automation and artificial intelligence (AI).
