This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.
• Assist in the administrative and financial oversight of designated COA licensing initiatives.
• Gather, verify, and uphold project and financial data to ensure precise revenue recognition.
• Validate COA data and information, and store it in the appropriate tools.
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and internal systems.
• Handle and process financial transactions, which include invoice requests, validation, and follow-ups.
• Keep accurate project trackers, financial records, and documentation.
• Create standard project and financial status reports.
• Supervise timelines and follow up on outstanding actions, deliverables, and approvals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Detect and report any data discrepancies or process issues.
• Contribute to data integrity and the ongoing enhancement of tools and processes.
• Carry out additional duties and tasks assigned at the reasonable discretion of the Company.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration, financial coordination, or related roles.
• Experience with invoicing, budgeting, or revenue tracking processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially regarding data and financial information.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills with the capacity to work within an international team setting.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with data tracking tools.
• A proactive and organized approach to work.
• Experience in clinical research, COA licensing, or a similar setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com is a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
