This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and manage multiple compliance-related projects and workstreams concurrently.
• Create and sustain project plans, governance structures, milestones, and reporting mechanisms.
• Engage with stakeholders across various business functions and international markets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure that actions are executed effectively.
• Integrate project management best practices and discipline within the Compliance team.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership.
• Assist with operational tasks, including budget management, invoicing, team coordination, and management reporting.
• Foster relationships across Compliance, Legal, HR, Operations, IT, and broader business teams.
• Lead global compliance training programs, data privacy initiatives, regulatory change projects, governance and accountability reviews, as well as strategic compliance and business improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and senior stakeholders to advance strategic compliance and regulatory initiatives while enhancing the operations of the Compliance team.
• Extensive program or project management experience, ideally 5+ years.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience in large, complex, or multinational organizations.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint abilities, including the creation of polished executive-level presentations.
• Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk, Financial Services, or another regulated environment is preferred.
• Experience in supporting global transformation or change programs is a plus.
• Qualifications in project or program management such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile are advantageous.
• Experience in implementing governance and reporting frameworks is desirable.
