β’ Multichannel Strategy: Develop comprehensive 360ΒΊ strategies that guide the user through all stages of the funnel.
β’ Paid Media Management (PPC): Advanced creation and optimization in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
β’ Programmatic Buying: End-to-end management of campaigns in DSPs such as DV360, Outbrain, and Taboola. Audience segmentation and selection of winning formats.
β’ Measurement and Data: "What is not measured does not exist." You will master tagging tools (GTM, Tealium IQ) and analyze data to extract insights and propose continuous improvements.
β’ ROI Optimization: Efficient management of advertising budgets, applying A/B testing and the best market practices.
β’ Constant Innovation: You will serve as the agency's radar for new PPC trends and advertising technologies to keep us always a step ahead.
β’ Experience: 3β7 years managing Paid Media campaigns, with at least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in DSPs (DV360, TTD, or Adform).
β’ Platform Expertise: Expert level in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
β’ Data & Tracking: Strong experience in GA4 and GTM (ideally server-side), event definition, and QA.
β’ Advanced Excel/Sheets: Essential proficiency in pivot tables, formulas, and automation applied to campaign reporting.
β’ Soft Skills: Analytical ability to model KPIs and diagnose root causes. Clear communication and a team-oriented mindset.
β’ Extra Points (Valuable): Experience with Campaign Manager 360, Google Studio (DCO) or CM360 floodlights. Knowledge of Retail Media (Amazon, Citrus/Criteo) or App campaigns (SKAdNetwork). Advanced SQL/BigQuery skills, understanding of MMM models or incrementality experimentation.
