Program Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a vibrant multidisciplinary team to deliver treatment services aligned with the Center for Discovery Clinical Model.

• Prioritize patient safety while implementing milieu interventions.

• Lead psychoeducational and process-focused therapy groups.

• Conduct clinical assessments and facilitate therapy sessions.

• Maintain a designated number of therapy sessions each week for patients.

• Oversee admission assessments and manage the admission process.

• Communicate treatment goals weekly with all team members.

• Address crises that arise during sessions and within the milieu.

• Initiate discharge planning on the day of admission for every patient.

• Liaise with referral sources and outpatient providers to ensure continuity of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.

• Must possess an active state license in IL or have PsyPact licensure.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field is preferred.

• At least one year of experience working with eating disorders is preferred.

• A current driver’s license in good standing is mandatory.
