Program Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Operations team to develop, implement, and enhance processes throughout the organization.

• Assist with the onboarding and account setup for both new employees and clients.

• Provide support for various operational tasks as needed, including email builds and automation workflows.

• Act as an internal resource for team tools and platforms, such as Slack, Notion, and Airtable, addressing access issues, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

• Help manage contracts and payments by supporting preparation, tracking, and ensuring timely execution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain a balance between speed and quality, consistently aiming for tangible, measurable outcomes.

• Identify areas of inefficiency and proactively suggest improvements to enhance our operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in organization, project management, operations, or compliance.

• Proven ability to create, implement, and teach a workflow or project management system.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong commitment to follow-through.

• Capability to collaboratively achieve objectives across different departments.

• Outstanding time management skills, able to handle multiple projects and competing priorities under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with Notion, Google Drive, and Airtable is advantageous; a willingness to learn is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and an organized, self-sufficient working style.

• A good sense of humor, humility, a passion for progressive political issues, and a desire to contribute as a team player.
