This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for crafting and overseeing immersive learning experiences that promote the organization’s advancement in the higher education ecosystem.
• Facilitate educational models for higher education administrators, faculty, industry professionals, and I&E researchers.
• Spearhead the creation and management of immersive experiences, such as STEM Innovation & Entrepreneurship Communities of Practice, tailored training sessions/workshops, and gatherings.
• Engage actively in internal (and external) collaboration and communication to ensure the success of programs through the application of project management tools and methodologies, including project initiation and ongoing oversight.
• Collect and analyze essential information to formulate strategies for project growth and/or the initiation of new projects.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in higher education, encompassing instructional design and training administration, with expertise in areas pertinent to VentureWell program sectors such as science and technology innovation, entrepreneurship, commercialization, and tech-based economic development.
• At least 5 years of experience in programming and curriculum development within higher education, including implementation and assessment; grant management and development; program design and administration; stakeholder engagement, along with direct experience collaborating with university stakeholders: faculty, staff, administrators, etc.
• The ideal candidate for this position possesses experience in designing STEM I&E training programs for a diverse range of stakeholders: institutions of higher education, industry, and government.
• Proficiency and fluency in conducting various needs assessments.
• Capability to excel and adapt in an environment characterized by competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• A BS/BA degree is required.
• Salary range of $70,000-$85,000, based on experience and internal equity.
• 403(b) plan with 200% match up to a maximum contribution from VentureWell of 10% when the employee contributes 5% (eligible after one year of service for the match).
