This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Facilitate the complete onboarding process for accounts by coordinating with operations, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to ensure new wholesale partners are set up efficiently.
β’ Act as a pivotal link between Account Managers and internal stakeholders, converting partner requirements into actionable tasks while maintaining alignment among all parties.
β’ Oversee timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams concurrently.
β’ Assist in the development and execution of wholesale programs, guaranteeing that the appropriate teams are engaged at the right moments.
β’ Monitor program milestones and proactively identify obstacles, risks, or gaps before they escalate into issues.
β’ Keep comprehensive documentation so that all processes, decisions, and statuses are accessible to stakeholders.
β’ Recognize inefficiencies in the wholesale function and create effective solutions.
β’ Develop and enhance scalable processes for onboarding, fulfillment coordination, compliance, and other routine workflows.
β’ Produce playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and tools that enable the team to scale without introducing unnecessary complexity.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in program management, wholesale operations, or a role involving cross-functional coordination, preferably within home goods, dΓ©cor, or consumer products sectors.
β’ An innate ability to collaborate across teams and functions, ensuring projects progress without direct authority over stakeholders.
β’ Strong process-oriented mindset β capable of identifying inefficiencies, designing improved workflows, and executing those changes effectively.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities.
β’ Clear and concise communicator β effective in Slack conversations, status documentation, or cross-functional meetings.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing structure in undefined situations.
β’ Proficient in Google Suite.
β’ Familiarity with wholesale operations, retailer compliance requirements, or EDI processes is preferred.
β’ Experience collaborating closely with or supporting a sales or account management team is preferred.
β’ Background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer technology environments is preferred.
β’ Proficient in Airtable is preferred.
