This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing and defining ASSA ABLOY’s sustainable products and solutions portfolio.
• Develop, sustain, and improve systems and processes for the collection, management, and reporting of sustainability data and documentation.
• Utilize Excel and Salesforce to monitor customer sustainability queries, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights along with executive-level reporting.
• Create and maintain a list of active ASSA ABLOY specified projects where sustainability is a key attribute.
• Prioritize and communicate project lists to territory Principals, TSMs, and Sustainability Champions.
• Oversee sustainability websites, online toolkits, databases, and customer-facing content in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
• Direct the administration of third-party sustainability certifications, declarations, and reporting programs.
• Coordinate product certifications, audits of manufacturing sites, compliance documentation, and certification renewals.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Innovation, and Quality teams on sustainability initiatives.
• Provide technical support, sustainability documentation, environmental certifications, and green-building guidance to Sales, Marketing, and customers.
• Assist in creating sustainability-focused marketing materials, training resources, and educational content.
• Participate in communications, campaigns, case studies, customer success stories, thought leadership, public relations, and sustainability reporting.
• Engage specification teams to advocate for sustainable solutions and ensure their inclusion in project specifications.
• Represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, webinars, and training sessions as required.
• Involve in industry organizations, councils, green-building associations, and professional networks.
• Monitor sustainability regulations, reporting frameworks, and green-building standards, translating changes into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working remotely.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and precise.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Ability to work effectively in a home office setting or while traveling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum high school/GED diploma.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in sustainability-related program management is preferred.
• Familiarity with and maintenance of CRM tools and other industry-related software for program management and activity reporting is preferred.
• MBA is preferred.
